Let me be honest—there was a time I dreaded Mondays. Back in my nine-to-five days, Mondays felt like a curse. That Sunday night anxiety? It was real. I’d be sitting there hoping the weekend would stretch just a little longer.
But everything shifted when I started feeding my mindset. I tuned in to motivational speakers, and one voice that changed my whole energy was Dr. Eric Thomas. He said, “When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you’ll be successful.” That lit a fire in me. His “Thank God It’s Monday” message hit home. Suddenly, Mondays weren’t the enemy. They were the opportunity.
Fast forward—I’m running my own company now. And I don’t just face Mondays—I own them. Monday is the foundation. The reset. The day I lock in and remind myself why I started.
My mornings start at five-thirty sharp. No hesitation. I pray, I meditate, and then I push my body to move. That’s not just routine—it’s alignment. After that, I’m knocking out admin work, reviewing schedules, setting goals, and learning. Always learning. I feed my mind because a sharp mind leads with power.
It’s all about structure and strategy. I don’t let the day pull me around—I control it. And that’s where time blocking comes in. I carve out time for business, time for growth, time for family, and time for rest. Because balance isn’t optional—it’s necessary.

You want to win the week? You’ve got to prepare like the battle’s already here. You’ve got to show up ready, not scrambling to catch up.
Listen—Monday is the day champions build momentum. You don’t need everything to be perfect. You just need purpose. And once you find that rhythm, everything else starts falling into place.
So stop dreading Mondays. Start commanding them. Set your tone, raise your standard, and let the world know—you’re not here to play small.
You’re here to build your own King Solomon's Temple.
